Proposal for Abdulla AlHajeri, Cycle Enthusiast
A WhatsApp follow-up system that plugs into the booking dashboard your team already uses. Nothing changes for your staff.
Let's start on WhatsAppPrepared by Mohamed Alhammadi, Knight Systems. November 2026.
Where you are today
Abdulla, your shop gets plenty of riders through the door. But someone searching for a bike shop in Ajman sees 9 reviews on your listing, and 100 or more on the shops beside you.
Most people pick the shop with more reviews, and Google shows those shops higher on the map. You're not losing on service. You're losing on a number.
We took Top Touch Services to 47 reviews in under a month.
Same system, same idea: ask every customer, at the right moment, in a way that's easy to say yes to. Your customers are already happy. Nobody is asking them.
How it works
No new app for your staff and no extra steps. They use your dashboard exactly like today.
On your booking app, same as now.
In your dashboard. This is the trigger.
"How was your experience with us?" Sent from your shop's number.
In Arabic or English. It works out if the customer is happy or not, and answers like a person would.
A personal message with their name and your Google review link. One tap.
2 weeks or 1 month later, with an offer that fits what they booked.
Through a tracked link, so you can see the booking came from the system.
Job completed again, and the loop starts over.
The system apologises and stops there.
With what the customer said, so you can call them and fix it before it becomes a problem.
Not a cold "please rate us" link. A photo with the customer's own name on the board, a short thank you, and one button to leave the review.
People notice it because it's clearly for them. That's why they tap.
Example from another client of mine. Yours will show Cycle Enthusiast and go out from your number.Follow-ups
A bike needs care every few weeks. Riders know it, and they forget. One friendly message at the right time is usually all it takes. What we send depends on what they booked.
| They booked | We message them | What we say |
|---|---|---|
| CAT 5 Wash & LubeAED 80 | After 2 weeks, then 2 weeks later | "Time for another wash? 10% off if you book today. Limited spots left." |
| CAT 4 to CAT 1 serviceAED 150 to 550 | After 1 month | A Wash & Lube to keep the fresh service feeling fresh. Later, a reminder when the next service is due. |
| Workshop repairTyres, brakes, gears, chain | After 2 weeks | "How is the bike riding?" Then a Wash & Lube or Base Service offer. |
| Bike fittingAED 200 or 400 | After 1 month | "How does the new position feel?" Then a service offer for the bike. |
| Bike rentalFrom AED 30 a day | After 1 month | No cleaning offers, since they may not own a bike. An offer to come ride again. |
These are starting points. You choose the offers, the discounts and the timing. Reminders keep going on a schedule until the customer books, and anyone who asks us to stop is removed right away.
English
Arabic
Now picture a hundred customers in this loop at the same time.
Most of your customers speak Arabic, so every message goes out in the customer's language. Even if only a few come back each month, the system has already paid for itself.
Where we start
You already have a list of people who booked with you and were never asked for anything. We start there, so you see reviews and bookings in the first weeks instead of waiting for new customers.
Under the hood
You're technical, so here is exactly what gets connected to what.
Your dashboard
You give me access to the GitHub repo. I add a hook so that when a booking's status changes to completed, the dashboard sends that booking to the system: name, number, service and language. A cancelled job sends nothing. Your dashboard stays the single source of truth.
GoHighLevel
GoHighLevel connects your shop's number to WhatsApp, so messages come from the number your customers already know. I've connected several clients' numbers on different platforms, and this is the one that works best.
Claude API
Claude reads each reply in Arabic or English, decides if it's positive or negative, and chooses the next message. Positive goes to the review request. Negative goes to you.
Tracking
Every follow-up has its own link that redirects to your booking page. So each booking is marked as coming from a follow-up or from your normal booking flow. Every month you get the numbers: new reviews, messages sent, replies, and bookings the system brought in.
Pricing
Setup, one time
Running the system
Most people who charge a setup fee build it once and disappear. Months later something breaks, or you want to change an offer, and you get a new bill. I work the other way. The monthly fee pays for the platforms behind the system and keeps me on it. We talk every month, and if you want something changed, I change it.
If you're not seeing results after the second month, cancel. When you cancel, I earn nothing, so it's on me to keep improving the system every month. I have other clients paying me monthly right now. They stay because the results keep coming.
A CAT 3 Minor Service is AED 290. Two extra bookings in a month already cover the fee. Everything after that is extra, and the new reviews keep working for you on Google long after.
